Which equipment and departments do you cover?+
We repair and maintain medical equipment for imaging, operation theatres, ICU and anesthesia, neonatal, cardiology, laboratory, sterilization, dialysis, dental, eye and ENT, physiotherapy, and general wards. If your equipment is not listed on our repair page, send us the model and we will confirm.
Do you work outside Dhaka?+
Yes. Our head office is in Uttara, Dhaka, and our engineers travel to hospitals across Bangladesh.
Can I get a yearly maintenance contract?+
Yes. We offer AMC and CMC contracts with fixed visit schedules and priority breakdown support. Choose "AMC / CMC Contract" in the subject field of the form.
How do I get a quotation?+
Choose "Request a Quote" in the form and describe your equipment and requirement. You will get the cost and timeline before any work starts.
What should I include in my message?+
The equipment name and model, the department, the fault you see, and your hospital name and location. A photo on WhatsApp helps our engineer prepare.
